Dr Vipin Gupta is a Professor of International Management at California State University, San Bernardino, USA. He has a doctoral degree from the Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania, a post doctoral fellowship from Tokyo University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Under his stewardship, Dhruva conducted Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) – a Wharton School's path-breaking research.
