Roles & Responsibilities: | · Work with matrix teams for user issues and provide resolution. · Drive root cause analysis with the team. | |
Technical/Functional Skills: | · Should have good trouble shooting skills and resolve the issues quickly. · Should have good communication skills and lead a team of onshore and offshore. · Advanced knowledge of Manhattan Associates WMi (PkMS) functionality. · Exceptional time management skills to accomplish challenging objectives and manage a heavy workload · Ability to read and write SQL,RPG LE and iSeries CL code · Ability to work within a DB2 database environment | |
Experience: | · 5+ years in progressively responsible IS or Supply Chain positions · 3+ years of Distribution experience with Manhattan Associates WMi (PkMS) · Apparel and Footwear industry experience · Project management experience · 5+ years experience with the iSeries (AS400) server · Cybra MarkMagic experience |
