We have a great opportunity for an assistant with our dynamic, busy, spa like practice. You MUST have 5 to 7 years general and cosmetic experience working chairside with the dentist to be considered. This means you are excellent at making cosmetic grade temporaries, assisting the dentist with complicated, intricate procedures, and being in tune/step with the way that the doctor wants things done (in other words be able to anticipate the doctor's or patient's needs). In addition, you will need to be outgoing, assertive and friendly, have initiative and drive, able to work in a fast paced team environment (and we mean fast paced), and interested in providing the highest level of customer service for the patient. You will need to be organized, thorough, efficient and capable of identifying and explaining treatment in a way that the patient understands. We have a unique approach to treating TMJ disorder and our assistants are trained to provide thi s service.
