Job Description:
The role involves working on production support (24/7), maintenance, ongoing enhancements for one of our client’s applications. This person will support in accordance with our client policy and guidelines for the applications.
• Strong knowledge of AS400(Signon, Aldon, experience on wrkqry, SQL and Utilities in AS400)
• Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) domain knowledge will be an added advantage
• Communication skills: both oral and written communication is must, as the position demands communication with Business users.
• Experience with analyzing, supporting & enhancement of specialty health management applications will be an advantage
• Flexible attitude towards working hours including weekends for application support requirements
• Should have 3-5 years of experience, with a valid visa US to work in the USA.
