Need Project Manager(Tecnical)

 Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 + Months 

 

Required:

Should have minimum of 12 years of experience.

The client is looking for a Strong Project Manager with Technical knowledge PMP Certification 

 

JD:

The position requires the person to be able to plan and track the projects both using SDLC and Agile methodologies. Planning involves understanding the functional and nonfunctional requirements, identifying dependencies within and outside the project team including support groups and third party vendors, estimating the effort required and the schedule, strong risk management skills. The plan has be put up in MS Project plan tool and to be tracked every day. Publish multiple status & progress reports to various stake holders based on the aspects of importance and level of granularity the various stakeholder groups need. Identify resource needs, skill gaps, plan to bridge/manage skill gaps. Coordinate with offshore team members in India time zone. Provide projections for project activities in terms of time, effort, budget, resources etc. Be sensitive to people and conversant with multi-cultural working & communication aspects. Good verbal and written communication skills and a go getter attitude. Need to effectively coordinate with numerous teams in the organization to move projects from requirement elaboration to production phases.

 

Key deliverables: Plan, status reports, projections

Technology skills required: Ecommerce technology landscape including Java/J2EE, Oracle, Wallet, Mobile technologies including iPhone & Android, SOA. MS MPP, Jira.

Domain skills required: Ecommerce, Payments, remittance, cards, PCI, KYC, Wallet, Dodd Frank recommendations.
