Subject: [ACEsthetics] a 'smile lift' denture /veneer/crown/implant case
ANYhow, this is a case in which we did a 'smile lift'.. Veneers on the lower incisors, a NM derived bite, two PFG crowns on the cuspids with PD attachments/hidden 'claspulature,' one implant at the #28 position where there was the only available bone, functionally generated impressions, branching technique aka Turbyfil/Massad for the dentures, Locator for the implant, balanced occlusion with Cobal denture balancer, lingualized occlusion for maximum masticatory efficiency.
She's had these for about two years now, and she loves how she feels, looks and functions. 75 years young, divorced and her husband's also single now, but she's been away from him for 26 years, and still misses him. Wow..Everyone has a story like this..
