Re: [MTC Global] VC Post on Sale: Varsity Member

We only used to hear rumours.  Now the cat is out of the bag.

Students pay capitation fee to get admission. Teachers bribe Vice Chancellors to get a job. VCs bribe politicians to get the coveted posts. Should colleges bribe HR managers to find jobs for their students?

Where are we headed? Is there a future for those who do not want to pay bribes and those who cannot afford the speed money?

Bangalore : A syndicate member of Davangere University , who resigned on Friday, said a VC's Post is sold for crores of rupees, and he is an eyewitness to that. Rs 2-6 crores for the VC's Post.

It is a general perception that VC Post is a political one and one needs to fund / pay money for the Post. Perception seems to be true as reported in News Paper.
