Skills Required and Job Description:
| Required Skills: • Working knowledge of data processing fundamentals including entity relationship diagrams, database models, structured application design and IT infrastructure (networking and hardware) • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectures, and processes • Highly skilled/experienced in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation (as an ETL tool) • Develop ad hoc queries using T-SQL • Familiar with business intelligence, analysis and reporting tools (Microsoft BI stack, ProClarity, IBM Cognos) • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across company and department boundaries at all levels • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and business objectives
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years' experience in IT as a Data Analyst or ETL Developer |
