Many recommend based on tests. Not arbitrarily
I'm sure "many" do.  However, if you think that a majority of people in the role of recommending therapies (ND's, DC's, DDS's, MD's, Larry at the Gym, Sylvia your Spirit Guide, or research on the internet by an individual) actually go through the testing before recommending supplementation, I'm afraid you'd be mistaken.  Further, if you think that a majority of people who take supplements do so based upon legitimate tests or on legitimate recommendations from a health care provider, you would also be mistaken.  Can I back that statement up with hard numbers?  Nope.  But neither can you assert the opposite.  It is based upon the principles I eluded to in my previous email.
