Re: [ACEsthetics] Weight training

Rick ,

I'm not work out expert but I have been working with a trainer for a few years. He does a cross fit type
routine..1 minute cardia 1 minute exercise, abs, weeights etc.  Yes squats are great but don't kid yourself
about the dangers of getting hurt.  If you squat get help with technique and use light weight..we are not 25
anymore.  Your back is at greatest risk with poor form or too much weight.  I will tell you that sine I started
working with my guy I have had very few back issues. He always makes me do core and abs..makes a
huge difference

Subject: [ACEsthetics] Weight training

I am thinking that with some of the aches and pains I have been getting, I need to be challenging my muscles a bit more.

My son sent me this link about doing squats, it is pretty interesting. http://stronglifts.com/how-to-squat-with-proper-technique-fix-common-problems/

What do you real workout fanatics think about this, will I hurt myself, can I really look like Arnold in a few weeks?

Thanks
Rick
