The exercise regimen that my son is doing is called 5 on 5 or something like that, and he is only doing three exercises, the squat, the bench press and the dead lift. Five reps, for five different times before moving to another exercise.I will visit with my trainer tomorrow and see what she thinks, but I think I might want to shake things up a bit and do more free weights, fewer machines.I do think we often place limitations on ourselves because we CAN, not because it is that much harder to do now at my age. Hell, it was never easy to run, never easy to lift, never something I just thought I wanted to spend time doing.
