Pa Fru Ndeh,
Thanks for the correction. I second your take that the ladies would be better at ruling the world.

It is Ms. Our ACCDF Chairman is a Madame Chairman.
Your know sometimes the ladies govern better than us, men.
When I joined a Fortune 500 company some 14 years or so ago, we
were sent to Consultancy Training. One of the books that was given
to us was Customer Service For Dummies. I still have that book &
consult it from time to time. It has been translated to many languages.
I recommend the book Customer Service For Dummies for the Embassy of Cameroon in Washington D.C.
Blessed Be Cameroon

Mr. Mbianda,
"As soon as possible" is not an acceptable standard of performance, considering the perfunctory and lackluster administrative ethos and practice prevailing at the Cameroon Mission in Washington D.C.
The Mission must up the ante and promise to deal "expeditiously" with consular matters.
The Ambassador in Washington would do well to send some of his staff to the Cameroon Mission in London for training in prompt service.

Dear Community Members,
I was at the Cameroon Embassy in Washington DC last week. During this visit, I had a discussion with the ambassador. Amongst the topics discuss was access to the embassy.
I will like to inform the community of the following:
Due to the size and architecture of the INTELSAT building, where the Cameroon Embassy is now located, there are several entrances to the facility. The official address to the embassy is 3400 International Drive, N.W., Washington DC 20008; however, the Ambassador has made special arrangements with the building management for Cameroonians willing to come to their Embassy for various reasons, to use the entrance at 3007 Tilden Street, N.W., Washington DC 20008. This entrance is a lot more convenient and presents less hassle for visitors.
However, because of the sensitive nature of Satellite Communications in the building, everyone entering the building either at the front or at the back has to undergo "Security Checks" and that includes visitors of all the Five Embassies and other organizations that are located in this building. Cameroon Embassy is located on the 5th floor. The main reason visitors are required to book an appointment before arrival, is to facilitate easy movement within the building.
Also, the Embassy's original number 202-265-8790 is now working. If you have problems with the published number call that number.
For consular services, it is advisable to go on the Embassy Website, download all applicable forms and mail your request to the Embassy with an enclosed "Self-Addressed" stamped envelope. Your package will be mailed back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Justine Mbianda
Chairman ACCDF
