Dear Cameroonians,

I wonder if the story is true that there is a UN Presence in Bamenda or French troops in disguise. The last time UN Presence was in Southern Cameroon land was in 1961 prior to the fraudulent plebiscite. At that time the world ask us to make choices against our will. Unfortunately our parents chose to join with the Republic of Cameroon but fortunately, that plebiscite was never ratified. If French troops are in Bamenda, that is a violation the Southern Cameroon territorial sovereinghty. Southern Cameroon has never been a territory under France. I do not mind them being in Yaounde, Douala, Bafoussam, Garoua, Ngoundere, Betoua, Ebowa, etc. because they were colonial masters to the Republic of Cameroon which supposedly attained it independence from France in January 1, 1960. The French presence in Bamenda is a matter to be taken very serious by Southern Cameroons and an issue to sue France at the ICJ and also take the matter to the U.N. The British can come to Southern Cameroon because we were a trusteeship under them but the French have no right whatsoever unless invited by Southern Cameroon Chiefs since we do not have our own government. This is a very serious matter if indeed it is true that the French are in Bamenda. Even if it is the UN, Southern Cameroon must know why the UN is on its soil. Were they invited by our chiefs? These are my thoughts.

You journalists can investigate so that we get the reasons why they are there? That would be wonderful!. Thanks a million for keeping us informed.

If that presence is in deed French presence in disguise, then we all must tell France that the French people stormed the BASTILLE in 1789 to be free from bondage. From that experience, France should be heping other nations get through their own bastilles, and not go on to stiffle them from getting through it. In this case, it is the turn of the Southern Cameroons.

Have a blessed day

With Senatorial elections around the corner, security is important in case of any eventualities. Could likely be French Forces disguised as UN presence, LOL. This is a Wild guess.
