Having more qualifications in more areas / subjects itself become a disqualification and is not taken positively in the job market. Head hunters look for the specialization, expertise, experience and skills of the person.

I dont think so sir. Degrees are important but at the same time knowledge and presence of mind is also important. This is my perception, it can ve different for some others as well.
