BRIBE MONEY--Re: CFA 200m for senatorial polls (CAMEROON JOURNAL)

What business do the handpicked MPs and Senators-to-be  from the occupied state of Southern Cameroons (SC) have in accepting to be "bribed" with public funds to participate in consolidating and legitimizing the annexation of their state by Cameroun? What business do they have in encouraging, condoning and abetting the autocracy, aka a life presidency, in the hybrid state of the Cameroons?

Why should SC MPs and Senators accept to serve as mercenaries of domestic gross human rights abuse in the hybrid body politic and as hired guns of an international criminal enterprise - colonialism (foreign occupation, domination and exploitation) - outlawed in all its forms by the international community. The violator's rationale of restoring (here by all means) a legendary "one and indivisible fatherland" - Kamerun (German), Cameroun (French) and Cameroon (English) is irrelevant. This is why at the international Court of Justice, after its independence, Cameroun failed to recover former Northern British Cameroons from the Nigerian Federation.

While these challenges to the international political order are taking place, where is the international community of the "democratic nations" that rushed to oversee the overthrow of "strong men" and dictators like Saddam Hussein of Iraq, Laurent Gbagbo of Côte d'Ivoire, Muhammad Kadaffi of Libya and, ongoing, Assad of Syria? Specifically, where are France and Britain, the former trustees of these former UN territories of the Cameroons? Why should Southern Cameroons politicians be complaining about the unfairness of the rules of a game in which they have decided to participate - a game whose rules are set and run unilaterally by the opponent who is their colonial master.

Don't they know that  by condescending to accept foreign occupation, domination and exploitation, they have tied their hands to their back and therefore have no case as long as the game is on? As active collaborators of a colonial dictatorship don't they know they have no rights that the master is bound to respect?  Don't they know that in this vein, they are active collaborators and therefore accomplices of colonialism. For those of them that cry "Foul", they should know that those who go to equity must go with clean hands? These are rhetorical  questions.

200 million Frs per political party to organize senatorial campaigns in two weeks?????  Biya is simply bribing these so-called "opposition parties".  The leaders of these parties should consider themselves 200 million Frs richer and just pocket the money because this senate election is FAKE, as fake as they come.  Who is fooling who?  Senate or no senate, Biya is president for life.  So, what will change?
