Title: Dot Net Developer
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Redmond, WA
Locals or Nearby are highly preferred
Non locals are also workable
Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing components based on given performance requirements and functional specifications.
• Write unit tests for authored components and achieve coverage.
• Participate in gathering and understand requirements.
• Actively participating in database design.
• Work individually and on team projects.
• Provide code reviews and author design documents.
• Collaborate with remote teams for integration.
Qualifications:
• Must have 5+ years of development experience in C#,ASP.NET, IIS (6.0 and above).
• Experience with Windows Azure, ASP.NET MVC 4, ASP.NET Web API required.
• Must have worked on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or above.
• Must have worked with scripting frameworks like Jquery, Jquery-UI, knockout, Breeze.
• Must have worked with Unit testing frameworks like VS test projects or Nunit.
• Experience in HTML 5, CSS3.
• Experience in test driven development or acceptance test driven development.
Nice to have
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies a big plus.
• Experience in developing applications conforming to responsive web designs.
• Experience in building highly scalable social networking web sites.
