RE: [ACEsthetics] AACD giving out contact info?

Ray,

I checked with someone at AACD.  They do not sell any names, etc. to anyone.  There guess is that someone from the company went on the website and pulled dentists names off the “find the dentist” part of the public side of the website.

Subject: [ACEsthetics] AACD giving out contact info?

The email below was sent to me as a ‘cold call’ solicitation apparently because I’m registered for the upcoming AACD meeting.

Does ACE give out contact info to vendors like this? If not, or if so,  is that a problem?

Frankly I don’t like to be solicited via email like this as a ‘cold call.’

What do you all think?
Ray

Subject: AACD Annual Meeting 2013: SNAP Cosmetic Simulation Software Booth 535

Dear Dr. Voller:

You are receiving this email because you are an AACD member. And I want to introduce you to SNAP Cosmetic Simulation software.  SNAP is the fastest and easiest cosmetic simulation software on the market. SNAP is a 'must have' tool for doctors wanting to build and maintain a solid cosmetic based practice.

You can see how simple the software is to use by clicking here.

- Allows patient to envision the outcome of cosmetic treatment

- Simulations take 30-60 seconds

- Any team member can easily learn the software

Why Wait Until the AACD Meeting to See SNAP in Action?

You have lots to do at the meeting and our booth can get pretty crowded. Besides, SNAP is so simple to use that you will want your entire TEAM to see it. So gather around an office computer and you will have our undivided attention to learn how SNAP can benefit your practice.

Not Sure?  Here is just One important reason you should you use SNAP in a Cosmetic Practice:

For cosmetic cases, you are trying to get patients to spend their discretionary income with you. If insurance is not covering the procedure, people need to really WANT the treatment that you are recommending. This is why many plastic surgeons use this type of cosmetic imaging.

Bottom Line: SNAP will get more patients interested in doing cosmetic procedures in a way that they are more willing to come out of pocket and pay for it.

Still Not Sure if Adding a SNAP Cosmetic Simulation to an Appointment Will Increase Production?

Below is a part of an email I received from SNAP user about one of his patients:

[The patient] was in for a cleaning and had never really given any thought to closing her midline diastema. She was also missing her maxillary first molars on each side, and this showed in her smile as well. By the time her cleaning was over, I had the SNAP image in her hands, and she absolutely freaked out! We ended up doing four veneers across the front, and posterior three unit bridges bilaterally. A very, very happy patient.

Just Give Us 30-Minutes...

We are happy to show you SNAP in action, answer any questions that you have, and tell you about our NO-RISK buy back guarantee.

Let's get you SNAPPING!

Joanne
