I wouldn't say sleep centers are gouging patients, the PSG's show much more data.
but yes, we CAN get results like this. I had a woman with a 67 go get a PSG and it was zero. Sleep doc couldn't believe it, so he did another at no charge and got a zero. another guy at 55 to a 3.
have another guy that went from 47 to 8. any more advancement was pain, so we stuck with the 8....
MAD's work VERY well.

Great Case.
If you treated more cases you would see results like this more often. IT is an awareness thing and the public is becoming aware faster than the Medical world.
Not every severe case corrects so easily but we have had great results treating these patients.....AND they feel BETTER!!
