I agree with Sampath's comments. At times leadership training programmes were making you a fool; focusing some thing is required, but you do not have and must get it. unless you acquire this, you cannot be a leader. And this acquiring is also from these ONLY Guru's!
I questioned some time back this kind of fake skills programmes like those boys in the story. However, I was not fortunate enough to make everybody stand up against this fooling and in the end thrown out of the organisation because I am voicing against authorities without being an expert in the field
Members need to be aware of this fallacy in the human psyche! and Guru's (cons?)
