# Positions	Ø  DESCRIPTION: NOTE: Local candidates preferred. Face to face may be required. Our client is seeking a well-rounded, SEO Manager to join the International Web Marketing team. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of quantitative/analytical research, reporting, creative problem solving, and strategic execution to join our team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Manage day-to-day aspects of .com Global sites SEO programs including, but not limited to: • Conducting keyword research and competitive benchmarking • Developing and documenting detailed website recommendations • Working with content and creative teams to execute recommendations & changes • Measuring and reporting on ROI • Educating clients on the value of SEO • Work to align SEO goals with Marketing • Develop SEO strategies for multiple countries • Conduct expert analysis of SEO efforts and results to derive actionable insights • Optimize SEO programs to not only increase rankings, but also drive traffic, and increase customer engagement and conversion. • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance on a weekly/monthly/ yearly basis QUALIFICATIONS: • 7+ years involved with SEO including hands-on optimization and link building. • A complete understanding of search engine trends and search engine algorithms. • Must have working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies • Possess excellent communication skills and is a cooperative team player • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet scheduled due dates. • Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software. • Excellent attention to detail, with flexibility and adaptable to changes
