[MTC Global] clarification regarding UGC regulations on minimum standards for exemption from NET (2009/2010 regulation)

Dear Faculty Colleagues

can anybody please clarify in detail when can a candidate can be exempted from NET having a PhD Degree according to UGC regulations 2009/2010?
