DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Need two User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Software Engineering team, to lead a user centered design approach to our product. The ideal candidate would have experience working on Agile/Scrum software development teams, using a Lean Startup approach to Customer Development, and would favor an iterative Lean UX approach to constant product improvement over an up-front deliverables-based approach. The UX Designer would work with our Product Owner to understand and define the needs of the user, and would collaborate with the engineering team to implement those designs. The UX Designer would then work with customers to conduct usability studies to validate the designs.

SKILLS:
• Lean UX
• UX Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Usability
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Prototyping and wireframing tools such as OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Mockingbird, or Indigo Studio
• Visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks
• Usability research tools
• Design Thinking
• HTML5/CSS/JavaScript
• Frameworks such as Backbone.js, Dojo Toolkit, Initializr, HTML5 Boilerplate, Twitter Bootstrap, etc
• Mobile-first, responsive design
• Experience in healthcare and clinical or practice management tools a plus
