Enterprise Systems Development is responsible for supporting processes designed by the GRM team via data collection platform developed in past year. In addition ESD team is responsible for enhancement, advancement and support of the platform to support other departments with similar needs in the area of data analytics and compliance management.

Qualifications
The Business Analyst will interface with functional teams and work on completing business and technical requirement specifications in a team environment. This position will focus on software applications ranging from BI Reporting (Cognos), Custom web applications (.Net based) and web portals. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts and development team to clearly understand the requirements and develop detail documentation. Once development is completed, document test scripts and support QA process. This position will report to Project Lead.
The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and communication skills along with the ability to perform as lead business analyst on projects while performing supporting business analysis tasks on projects lead by others. The candidate Business Analyst must be able to lead interactive requirements and status update meetings with all levels ofbusiness stakeholders. Performance will be based on the ability to translate ideas into written requirements - quickly and completely.

Prepare software requirement documentation and ensure internal teams are well versed in the requirements of the project.
Document technical requirements, workflow designs and application design requirements determined from meetings and discussions with the architecture and development teams.

Devise new approaches and recommend solutions to solve business needs. Bring representatives from the corporate management team, end users and clients to analyze and define information requirements. Research potential solutions and prepare cost-benefit documentation for analysis.

Lead a project team consisting of representatives from across departments and divisions. Contribute to standards and best practices related to software development methodology.

Job Requirements: Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong facilitation and problem solving skills are required.
Solid communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
Proven experience in writing use cases.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience coupled with the desire to succeed.
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst for Information Technology.
Experience with multi-lingual application development is preferred
Prior experience in some of the following areas: Food service or facility operations, finance, accounting, marketing, and information technology.
Knowledge of project planning techniques and project life cycle planning is desirable.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
