They didn't do it this way years ago, but these days, it seems that prom invites have gotten rather complicated. This guy surprised my daughter in our back yard with a song he had written that was a request for her to go with him. He waited for a few hours for her to come home and surprise her, and I must say he was pretty good. He does belong to a band, so that would be one reason, but honestly, none of the kids acted like this was anything special, and I have seen other elaborate invites as well. Are you seeing this in your area as well?
