Yes, they are endopores and I'm not touching them. The patient has stabilized perio for now. These were done about 20 years ago. She also has a couple of medical conditions where should does not want any added surgery and a very limited time to get things done prior to her next medical treatment. She's having #14 removed and I am placing a bridge rather than an implant. I'll most likely prep these a bit and just place onlays. Thanks for all the input.
When you cut off a crown.....HEATWhen you try to unscrew......you can strip the headIt is just, implants that are stable with nice fitting crowns, I like to leave alone. If I needed to increase vertical, I would consider, doing onlay, buildups, to change the verticle.

Anyone know what implants these are? This is a full arch that we are doing for this woman and increasing her vertical to some extent (she declined lower restorative at this time due to unrelated health issues and $$). Is it even worth removing and replacing these these crowns or would I be better off just leaving alone and out of occlusion? #2 and 3 look awfully close together.
