If you aren't making real sports guards please at least recommend them. I know this is not going to make anyone rich and it isn't real glamorous but they are important.
My 13 year old son plays shortstop for his travel baseball team. Last night in a tournament game a grounder took a bad hop, popped up and hit him pretty square on the mouth. Other than a little bit of a bloody lip no damage done. He was even a little embarrassed they stopped the game for the coaches to go check him out.
If he had no guard in he would have spent the evening in the office last night to be sure.
Anyway…that is my PSA for the day.
