Role: .Net Technical Lead
Location: Dearborn, MI
Duration: 6-12 Months
Interview Process: Phone followed by face to face

Job Description:
The Technical lead will be responsible for the coding and care of the web platform's back end logic and data layers. This requires a rich understanding of java along with front end solutions and the complexities of browser and mobile displays. Tech leads must display strong communication skills and a proactive personality. The candidates must be able to work in a corporate setting where timelines are fluid, must be able to be productive during downtimes and at ease in a fast paced environment, able to handle their work and the people reliant on them with a professional manner. Able to understand and grasp processes related to development and bug fixing with an eye towards detail.

Required Skills:
JavaScript (Intermediate Level)
CSS (Intermediate Level)
HTML/XHTML (Expert Level)
ASP/.Net (Expert level)
Java EE (Intermediat level)
Experience with SQL Database and hibernate or any other ORM tool.
Experience in an n-tier architecture, OO design

Desired Skills:
Experience with Freemarker (Preferred) or other templating engines including Mako, Velocity, Jinja, etc
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Jquery
Strong knowledge of Spring MVC framework
Source Code Management experience (Preferably SAN)
Familiarity with Maven 2.x-3.x build tool
High level of experience in debugging others code
Experience with Jenkins or other similar continuous integration tools.
