Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · 7+ years' total experience · Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com · Experience designing/building reporting dashboards within SalesForce · Familiarity with overall SFDC architecture and various integrated applications, including Marketo or similar Marketing automation tools. · Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services. · Expertise in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, Javascript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP-based web services, Apex, and SOQL · Ability to understand simple and complex business requirements and propose best viable solutions, whether utilizing standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, AppExchange application installs, or custom development. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Established leadership skills with a team-player mentality.
