Salesforce.com Senior Technical Architect
We are looking for technical leaders in the Salesforce.com space. In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience related to creating Salesforce.com solutions, technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.com suite of products to enterprise clients. The candidate is expected to have strong core consulting skills combined with leading Salesforce.com technical competency and enterprise implementation experience with all core Salesforce.com tools, offerings and products.
Qualified candidates should have the following capabilities:

Qualified candidates should have the following capabilities:
· Salesforce.com certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Force.com)
· Experience working in and leading complex, enterprise, global salesforce.com implementations
· Experience leading technical teams, coordinating technical efforts and serving as focal point for all technical issues on a project
· Strong client facing communication skills with IT departments and business users
· Enterprise solutioning experience for large clients
· Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
Job Requirements:
Required
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 1 year experience in SFDC architecture, Apex , Visual Force, Triggers, Classes
· At least 1 year experience in integrating with external applications using SOA / ESB technologies
· At least 1 year experience in Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC
· At least 1 year experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
· Very good communication skills

Preferred
