Dear Dr. Suresh,

We can and wish to share our views and comments quite frankly and incisively. But, please let us know the result and final outcome of the interview. Please also tell us how many members were there in the selection committee, how many posts were there and how many candidates were interviewed. We will get a better picture of the whole process and the episode in question, if we are  informed about the following facts/parameters too:

i) How long did the interview last?

ii) What is the weightage accorded to the interview in the entire selection process?

iii) Composition of the Selection Committee

I wish to go deep into the issues raised by you since it's a serious matter that deserves our fraternity's attention. Please also forward your CV to me (to my personal e-mail id) as I plan to develop an interesting case study with all the material made available and after duly taking into account the expert views expressed by fellow MTCians, if you permit me to do so. a)  My answer " Of course, her way of leading the party and activists and the way she has defended in the recently concluded election ensures the caliber as a tigress.  But reply, She is a woman, how can she be Tigress……… Great Laugh.

Q4. You said you stay in Tiger Hills Colony? How many tigers are there?

a) I said, Once people used to say the place is sensitive area as some people found tigers, after some years, the name of the colony created in that name……… But the reply is another comedy…..

            Interview is over…. You can leave now.

This is the way; our interview process is going on for recruiting a faculty in Management.

            Let us hope and pray for change in the mindset of interviewers to judge the performance of Management Faculty and let us rebuild the value of management education.
