[ACEsthetics] Jaw advancement follow up (Wayne, et al)

I sent this yesterday but it said it didn't go through cause the photo files were too big.

Here are photos of the patient showing the biteguards on the second molars and one I placed on a bicuspid on the right (because I just wanted to have more points of contact).

She says her bite is really comfortable and secure.  You can see the gap between the upper and lowers.  I could close that space by placing a reverse curve archwire which will erupt the lowers into position OR, in this case, I am going NM restorative route and call Bob Clark for porcelain onlays.

And yes, I do post DENTAL stuff (mostly)
