Are you open to options. If so you probably could get titanium bases and do custom abutments in zirconia or even emax. I don't really care for all zirconia abutments and prefer titanium bases myself. There are plenty of titanium bases for zimmer but not sure about biohorizons as I do have clients who deal with them.
