   I agree that ND was a paper lion, but what could the pollsters do? They were the only unbeaten team. Don't get me wrong, it was GREAT putting them in their place with so many people saying they would good, but there really wasn't much that could be done. The problem was that too many other good teams let ND beat them.

One loss will shut him up, you know? I think that a big 12 - SEC type of schedule would be very good, very fun to watch. Alabama's only loss was to a team that played an uptempo offense, and the Big 12 has five or six teams that do this as well or better than A&M.

It seems like most SEC games end up with a score of  3-2 and last about five hours! Makes baseball look dynamic and interesting! <g>

Alabama playing Notre Dame last year, what a joke! Notre Dame had no business being there at all!
