Re: [MTC Global] External Factors responsible for Performance.

Hi Shubhangi,

Since you are perhaps in Academic Sector the external factors would be:

  • Work Environment - Besides the safety and working conditions the availability of individual cabin instead of a common partitioned cubicle would allow you flexibility to carry on research undisturbed.
  • Co-opertion from fellow staff members would contribute to a tension free work environment.
  • Management support in the form of encouragement for even small initiatives would motivate and goad you into giving your best.
  • A lenient and supportive management who understand the employee would always be able to get the whole hearted support and co-operations of all its employees.
The FLIP side :

  • Quality of students - if you have an audience which is very receptive, then the teaching experience is always good and leaves you with a sense of achievement but if it is not.....you spend extra energy in transmitting what you want them to understand.
  • Again there could be some group of students who could be favorable and some opposed....so you would need to do the sorting to sort out trouble makers for a trouble free teaching experience. You will have to put-in extra efforts to win them over....after all that would be the real test...to earn the respect of students - the prime achievement of all Gurus.
Best Wishes,

Stephen
