Principal Accountabilities
Lead and manage projects from the business need to implementation phases, taking on accountability for high quality of deliverables
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Candidates should have experience leading large, complex, and visible projects.
· The candidates should have strong communication abilities, assertiveness, and high confidence.
· Organize, manage and facilitate business user work groups to involve key stakeholders in project planning
· Develop project plans and budgets for senior management approval and manage to completion including risk and change in scope
· Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to project goals
· Take initiative to influence and shape project scope and management for more optimal deliverables
· Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
· Healthcare experience is a MUST
· Claims XTen experience a plus
· PMP Certified
