[ACEsthetics] Combination ortho case

This is a case that took two years, alot of sweat and oral surgery, laser tx., removable AND fixed ortho. She wanted us to remove her ortho before treatment was actually completed (I would have liked to better align #27 however, she was pretty burned out! The tissue also isn't ideal around that tooth when we removed the ortho, however she's now in college and even though the results aren't perfect, it's a much better situation than when we started. Tooth #11 and 27 were impacted and had to be surgically exposed. #11 was actually backwards and needed completely turned around also. It took about 5 months to get these two teeth into the arch. I WISH I would have had more time to complete the alignment of #27, but..
