ANXIETY is caused by lack of control, organization, preparation & action - David Kekich.

Everyone says LIFE has become hectic, unable to cope with family commitments, having a tough time managing work, teams, projects & professional obligations. 

Fine - But the Good news is that most of it is Self inflicted & can be avoided..

ANSWER - Plan a daily schedule, organize your work, prepare more & better, have proper control over emotions, habits,anger, avoid Negative thinking, Complex, take needed rest, eat timely, moderately MOST IMPORTANT AVOID COMPARISON WITH CLASSMATES, PEERS, FRIENDS, BATCHMATES,,,,,,,,PLUNGE INTO ACTION AT WORKPLACES & IN HOMES..,,,,,,IMMERSE YOURSELF & BE HAPPY!

Then, there would be no scope for Anxiety & Stress which cause backaches, headaches, migraine, fever, cold, cough, knee/ joint pains, ulcers, indigestion, other pains & burns.
AND, ONE WILL EXCEL IN JOB/ PROFESSION , SOCIAL LIFE & FAMILY LIFE TOO.
ALL 3 ARE NEEDED AS THEY CONSTITUTE "SUCCESS".
