Envisioning Management Practices in the Future
Aravali Institute of Management (AIM) was established in August 2000, promoted by some of the alumni and faculty of IIMs & IITs. AIM has been accorded “A++” Rating (Financial Express survey 2009), 1st Rank in Rajasthan (Business Today survey 2002) and 50th Rank in India (Outlook survey 2005) amongst the Best B-Schools. AIM is also the first management institute in Rajasthan affiliated from its very first academic year to the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the prestigious IIMs.
Management Teachers' Consortium (MTC Global), which has over 5000 members from all over India and abroad, and AIM are jointly organising 3rd MTC Global Annual Convention (Sankalp 2013) with the theme “Envisioning Management Practices in the Future” during 04-06 October 2013 in natural surroundings at our around 100 acres campus. Our campus land was an extremely saline barren wasteland in the year 2005 when we purchased it but now it is acclaimed to be a unique example of transformation into green campus visited by several distinguished persons from all over India and abroad.
We are glad to inform that many eminent management practitioners, professionals and thinkers (list enclosed) from India and abroad have graciously confirmed to speak at Sankalp 2013. Also we have got a number of participants from the educational institutions and corporates from all over India already registered to participate in this important event, which would provide a unique platform for learning as well as networking. We will also be bringing out the Convention Souvenir containing the proceedings of this event, which will be sent to a large number of leading individuals and organizations all over India and abroad, apart from provided to the speakers and participants.
This convention would have a total of 10 sessions : Inaugural Session, eight plenary sessions with Leadership & Team-Building, Dynamic Business Environment, Benchmarking & the Best Practices, Borderless World & Global Market, Technology as an Enabler, Ethics, Values & CSR, Entrepreneurial Dimension and Revitalizing the Management Education as the sub-themes and Valedictory Session & Awards Ceremony. Every session would have a panel of two to three speakers, followed by Open Expression Space for discussion and questions-answers.
