What Happened to Naija's 419ners and Cameroon FEYMEN in Chicago???

Chicago has a population of approximately 12,500,000 million. It is the third largest US Metropolis after New York and Los Angeles. It has a beautiful skyline that viewed at close range and from comments gleaned from pedestrians walking the streets "Half of these buildings you see are vacant".
The puzzle for me when I arrived here is why there are very few Cameroonians in this mega city as opposed to smaller cities like Baltimore, Washington DC or Maryland. Chicago is by and large a very imposing, humongous and beautiful city.

Anyway, back to my weekend visit to Chicago. Coming from Indianapolis side, it takes on a normal day at the entrance of the city (after the last "Toll Gate") One hour fifty minutes to Waukegan, IL where I was going for a Funeral.

As soon as you "Land" (by road) the windy city (Chicago), you know you have landed a "Mafia City". All the "tell tell" signs are there to reming you to hold tight to your "pursa", Credit Cards and Car keys. But here is the catch:
When you come to a Mega Mafia City like Chicago and you don't see many Cameroonians or Nigerians, something is very wrong with that picture. To know that a city is financially booming, the first few blacks you meet should be from Naija or Camer. Period. How will you know? How will you not know? They are noisy; They are loud and quarrelsome, They drive Cabs, They own Businesses, They are Barbers, Forkernizers, Nurses, HHA's (Home Health Aides), CNA's, Handymen, They own "Circuits".... in short, they work very hard to earn money legitimately or otherwise. They are into all manner of schemes.
None or few of those typical Africans exists in Chicago. Why?
Good question.

Chicago is the MAFIA Capital of the USA. Nigerians invented 419 for English speaking Africans while their "smol brodas" Cameroonians invented FEYMANIA for French speaking Africans. You would expect some form of competetion or collaboration between "Crooks" of the same "Trade". Truth be told. Chicago is another Level and not within the pay grade of our Naija 419ners and our Cameroonian Feymen. All our African crooks (419 and Feymen) are simply absent in Chicago. Dem come dey Fia dat place...bicos Chicago is also the CRIME capital of the United States. They will kill you point blanc if you cross their turf. No be Joke.

Imagine a State where five out of the seven most recent Governors are either in Jail or were sentenced to serve time:  Gov Otto Kerner (Bribery & Corruption), Gov. Dan Walker (Bank Fraud), Gov. George Ryan (Racketeering), Joseph W Fifer (Ignominous Corruption scandal) and last but the most hillarious and captivating is this guy whom especially Akata Chicagoans and the few Igbo Nigerians present could not even pronounce his name.
.
How do you elect someone whose names you have difficulties calling talk less of spelling. First off, the name starts with ROD. In Cameroon, ROD simply means MBIN. His second name officially is BLAGOIJHEVICH. Ask a Banso man from Kumbo to pronounce that name...You will hear something like this "Mbrokus-Na Witch"...Switch now to Dchang people if they are in Chicago: Notre Gouverneur s,appelle: "Blagueur de Vichie". So this Nso Brokusnawitch is given the opportunity to appoint a new Senator to replace President Obama for his vacant Senate seat.

What does he do? Smart man. He starts by advertising the nonsense on Craig's List; then he puts it on Ebay and Youtube. In less than 24 hours, he has more than ten million hits. Ofcourse all this while, the FBI is monitoring all his skills at Salesmanship. This ROD man is a sleek smooth talker.

Remember who the Mayor of Chicago is? He is former aide of the White House under his Paddyman, Chicagoan President Obama. His fellow Chicagoans now call him: RAHMPOLEON BONAPARTE Emmanuel, because of his unsmiling and very uncompromising Governing style.

PART II: Why the dysfunctionality between Anglophone and Francophone Cameroonians and why Nigerian men prefer Cameroonian women in Chicago/Illinois
