General Description:   This specific position is for an experienced Business Analyst. This individual will be working on the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable Reimplementation project. This project is a component of the Finance System Modernization Program.     Requirements Detailed Description:   a. Requirements gathering to provide an understanding of the current and future state business process flows b. Identifies, develops, and evaluates alternative solutions to meet the business requirements c. Prepares use cases and executes tests using Quality Center d. Assess the test results and impact of any defects   Skills / Knowledge Required:   a. Strong analytical skills - attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making b. Multiple years of user acceptance/quality assurance testing experience c. Office tools (Word, Excel, and Visio) d. Strong oral and written communication (communicated to people at various levels within the organization) e. Strong interpersonal skills f. Sense of urgency and thrives in a fast paced environment g. Strong leadership skills – can influence, facilitate, and mentor others during the completion of the project h. Quick learner i. Creativity, diplomacy, sound judgment, and initiative is required j. Ability to meet stringent deadlines k. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. l. Ability to train others m. PeopleSoft Financial Accounts Payable version 9.1/9.2 functionality would be a plus n. Life/Health Insurance accounting functions and processes would be a plus o. Quality Center tool experience would be a plus Strong analytical skills - attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making,Multiple years of user acceptance/quality assurance testing experience,Identifies, develops, and evaluates alternative solutions to meet the business requirements
