Role

The employee will be asked to work on anything from high priority problem tickets (break/fix) to enhancements in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP6 or in leading projects.  .  They may be asked to support development work across multiple modules including: HR, FI, PM, WM, and MM.

 Requirements

The position will work directly with functional analysts to understand business requirements and functional specifications, therefore strong communication skills are required: verbal (very good), written (good).

Must have advanced knowledge/experience in either HR or FI in a development capacity (understands infotypes, common function modules, data and process flows for the respective area).

Must have experience in ECC 6.0 and understand the enhancement framework (implicit/explicit enhancements, user exists, BADI)

Must have extensive experience in ALV reporting using both methods: function modules and Classes/Methods

Must have experience in a support role and have the ability to debug at an expert level

o             To resolve defects

o             Batch jobs run in background

o             Analysis of programs to help determine a root cause, a used table, or program logic

o             Candidates with implementation project experience only, would not fit this criteria

 

Must have experience reviewing technical solutions and doing code reviews

***One of the two positions must be very comfortable with ABAP WebDynpro (preferable matched with HR experience)

***One of the two positions must have advanced skills beyond basic ABAP in either Adobe Forms, Workflow, PI or have very advanced functional knowledge in FI or HR in order to qualify them as lead

 

Preferences

             Candidates with 8+ years experience

             ABAP WebDynpro, Adobe Forms, SPAU/SPDD/SPAU_ENH, BSP, Workflow, PI, SRM

             Experience in 4.6c and 4.7

·         Experience taking a working simulation to a functional front-end web application.

·         Skills: web developer, web/graphic designer, UI expert, CSS3, HTML.

·         Plus Programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, SQL, JSP

·         Also, need someone who can hand code CSS without the use of a tool.
