Jr. Business Systems Analyst with Financial exp.
Location: Wilmington DE
Duration: Long-Term

Rate: $30/hr

 

JUNIOR ROLE, 3 years experience                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

 

1 phone screen, 1 face to face

Required Skills:

·         3+ years

·         Financial Services experience

·         BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis)

·         Served as BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Demonstrated  experience in industry (1 – 3 years)

·         QA and testing phase experience

·         3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases of projects

·         Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures

·         Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2-4 yrs)

·         Lean/Agile development experience (1+ yrs)

·         Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis

·         Detailed requirements experience with implementations

·         Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience with public speaking

·         Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management
