Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 4+ Months

Rate:$42/hr on C2C Max

 

Key Project Support Activities;

·                 Status report initiation, aggregation, and distribution;

·                 Workplan maintenance - Collection & monitoring of actuals against baseline;

·                 Key progress metric extraction from the workplan; Dependency Management; Set up and track dependencies across the 3 BVL projects;

·                 Issue & Risk Management – Monitor due dates for issues & risks across the 3 BVL projects.

·                 Send reminders to issue/risk owners as the impact/due dates approach.

·                 Update the issues/risks based on input from the owners.; Kanban board & meeting setup & coordination;

·                 Contact List Maintenance and Mailing List Synchronization; Maintain a cross-program contact list. Work with client to update the mailing lists; Status Reporting;

                 Providing issue, risk, and dependency content; Ad Hoc Reporting/Queries Must be fully proficient in all MS Office products and in Visio
