Job Duties & Responsibilities:	Responsibilities: Participates in client interactions, possibly with SAP functional team members and SMEs, to understand business requirement and design technical solution. Apply innovation, creativity and improvement to existing business processes and implement technical/procedural improvements. Stay current with SAP technologies and industry best practices to ensure proper utilization of these in development. Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP applications. Work with and mentor other members of the Development team providing cross module training and some on the job training for other members of the team.
Required Skills:	Development experience in SAP CRM 5.0, 2007/7.0, ECC 6.0 FI and SD Modules. Development experience in CRM BSP Component Workbench, CRM BOL / GENIL programming, AET & Action Profile. Experience in SAP Workflow, Interfaces, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement framework and CRM Middleware configuration/development. Experience/Knowledge of SAP CRM/ERP and BI integration, ABAP objects and Java programming. Experience working on all phases of a project from design through implementation and support. Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM sales business processes and configuration.
# of Years Required:	6 - 8 years' related experience
Required Education:	Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Schedule (days/hours):	Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
