Skill Description:
· 4-6 Years of strong SAP SD Technical Hands on Experience
· Proficient in ABAP coding, debugging and performance tuning
· Good knowledge of SAP SD processes and transportation interfaces in global SAP environment.
· Strong understanding of the SAP Sales and Distribution business process – order creation through invoicing and shipping
· Good understanding of SD configuration areas
· Excellent understanding of the database tables and transactions in the SD order-to-cash process
· Knowledge of Idoc processing
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills with the ability to recommend alternate solutions and accurate estimates
· Design and configuration experience in SAP SD module – pricing, output determination, transportation, and SD master data.
· Soft Skill
· Well organized, results oriented and able to tackle difficult problems with minimum supervision
· Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams
· Strong customer service focus
· Excellent documentation skills
· Ability to learn new and potentially complicated business processes
· Must have previous experience on production support
