| Description: 1.Engage internal business clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into delivery plans. 2.Lead project team to deliver business and technical objectives on-time and within budget 3.Act as a problem solver and drive decisions 4.Create MS Project schedule and utilize the schedule to communicate and manage the work. 5.Insurance industry experience with develop all aspects of new specialty insurance line, including IT systems support and business processes 6.Experience in areas such as process design, re-engineering, organizational transformation, Lean Six Sigma, COBIT, and ITIL Service Support/Management. 7.Demonstrates a clear and succinct writing style for the purpose of completing status and project documents. 8.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 9.ITIL Foundation Certification required, ITIL Advanced Certification a plus 10.10+ years of IT project management experience with experience in Financial projects 11.10+ years' experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across multiple business lines/organizations. 12.Experience leading IT projects in the Financial Industry, specifically Asset and Investment Management 13.Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks 14.Bachelors' degree in related field or equivalent work experience 15.Practical exposure to projects involving Bloomberg Asset and Investment Manager (AIM) 16.CA Clarity PPM Software | |
