Topics of Concept Exploration, Concept Definition and Need Analysis is equivalent to

Need Identification: A problem that might be causing loss of Productivity.

In Real Time: Why should I take fill in application form for every exam and attach xerox copies and send it by post? Isn't there a better way to simplify the life?

Need Analysis: Root Cause Analysis - Similar to Cause Effect Diagram or Fish bone Diagram

In Real Time: In above Question, Analyze and list out what are the complexities and what are the reasons for those complexities and what are all those can be simplified or streamlined to improve time.

Solution Creation: Conceptualize a Solution, either technical or non technical but an organized one that would probably eradicate the problem or correct the disorder

In real time: What are all those can be adopted in order to simplify some of the complexities. For ex: Scan and keep certificates in a pen drive. Create a Word document with all the details and keep it in a pen drive.

Solution Definition: Define the solution and its feasibility and benefits

in Real Time: What is the cost of the scanning, what is the complexity of storing in pen drive, what is the cost of printing and what are the benefits etc.

This is just a simplified and understandable to student version.

I will give one good example here which is really a very good one. Whoever may have transited through Frankfurt airport, might have noticed there there.

Automation is here on this earth when Electric, Electronic and Computers were not there.

But for Indians, we have one problem, young Indians to know this very much.

All Senior Indians and their RIGID Thinking pattern in both Govt. and in Education world is the real hurdle for Young Indians, as long as that is not wiped out, youngsters will have real bad experience in life.
