Dear MTC team,

 Any individual may have his own abilities and ambition to achieve something in their lifetime and keep a role model for them and work towards achieving their goals. Unfortunately an electrical Engg. graduate becomes a software engineer, CSE, ECE students becoming BPO / Call centre employees during their campus interviews. Core engineering graduates find it very difficult to fit into their core area as there is no need for such positions in the industries.

Who is to be blamed for this? My interest is one and what happens is my fate. Let there be a green revolution when all the subjects get equal importance as for as job requirement is concerned.

Poor man child develop the skill of washing dirty clothes, working in garage, hotels and he accept it as a fate...
Doctors child in most of the cases become doctor due to their parents interest and so the case with other profession.. It may be inspiration or imposition..
Now their is third category known as late bloomers who discover their interest in some later part of life, be it educationist, an engineer turned musician like Shankar mahadevan or someone else.

In formal education till 10th class we do study science, maths, arts, music and other subjects...

My point..
Some have it..
Some develop it..
Some gain it with experience..

I believe , We need to create a system and culture of education in which such self-discovery doesn't just happen serendipitously but rather is the core focus of education. This can only come from an early exposure to a rich and diverse set of study, including art and music, science, math, design, writing and more.
