Changing and molding everybody is too much of high expectation. Ages have come
and gone, but man is still searching a solution how to achieve it. To me even
15%-20% of population with such traits is enough to change the fate of nation.
In Satya Yuga we had proportion of such people not very high: not every one was
Rama!

Since my schooldays,I read the same thing about our country development. For
that matter our all our five year plans and economic policy talks of same thing.

One thing which I think will change our country is that "each one of us should
believe and practice that we belong to this country , and what ever we are doing
is for our country".unless we practice and teach our kids this we will not
achieve any thing.corruption and social inequality is because all of us has
become selfish and self-centered. Today we are chanting 'Individual first'
,instead we should chant 'Country first', then development automatically takes
place.

As faculty, we can do this. But, first we need to change ourselves.
