Skills Required and Job Description:

Responsible for the research and analysis of data pertaining to the IT Refresh Lifecycle Management methodology used by the Infrastructure and Operations organization.  Expected to perform Audits on and identify improvement opportunities to current Databases and processes that support the refresh program today. Responsible for preparing reports and presenting data to Executive Leadership in support of the refresh program. Deep Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel understanding is mandatory. Creating graphs and visual presentations in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to be shared with Executive Leadership. Data mining and reporting leveraging Client specific tools such as Athena, Server Information Database (SID), Entrack, and other inventory/asset management methods. Project management experience and/or fundamental understanding
